Tero acts as an advisor particularly in corporate contract law matters, corporate restructurings, and related issues. He also has experience in insurance law and corporate law. Tero has represented clients in litigation related to his areas of expertise.

Tero has worked as a lawyer and attorney for over thirty years, initially as an attorney at Veikko Palotie Attorneys Ltd, becoming a partner in 1987. From 2003 to 2021, he was a partner at Eversheds Attorneys Ltd (formerly Juridia Attorneys Ltd).

Tero currently operates as our collaboration partner and he is the founder and partner of Tero Routamo Attorneys Ltd.
