"I have assisted my clients with a wide range of tax and legal matters, often covering a broad spectrum. For example, I advise on tax planning related to profit distribution, tax and appeal processes, tax audits, business transitions, and designing tax-efficient operating models.
My goal is always to work with the client to find the best solutions suited to their situation and to carry matters through reliably to the end. I believe that with good advice, clients can avoid the most common pitfalls and find a way forward—even in complex and challenging situations."
